Black History Month 2021 Proclamation/ Announcement and Celebration Halton Region Wide

We are glad to inform you that BHM is confirmed Halton Region wide, and that the Mayors have graciously agreed to be a part of a virtual event scheduled all through February 2021
We would appreciate you to be a part of the event in all or one event.
